個人情報の取扱いについて / Privacy Policy

株式会社パソナ（以下「当社」といいます）は、神戸市より受託した外国人向け合同企業説明会事業（以下「当事業」といいます）を実施するにあたり、個人情報を以下のように取り扱います。
1.利用目的
当事業におけるお申込み、お問い合わせ、アンケート、ご要望にてご提供頂いた個人情報を、以下の目的のために利用します。
1.当事業で実施する合同企業説明会の参加受付および参加前の電話カウンセリング、参加時の対応、参加後のフォローアップ
2.当事業及び関連事項に関する連絡、問い合わせ
3.情報変更等の問い合わせへの対応
4.次の「2.第三者への提供」に記載する個人情報の提供
なお、上記以外の目的で利用する場合には、事前にその目的を通知し、ご本人の同意を頂くものとします。

個人情報の安全管理等を定めた契約を締結するなど、適切な管理を行っております。
3.安全管理措置
当社は、個人データについて、漏えい、滅失又は毀損（以下「漏えい等」といいます）の防止等、その管理のために必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。個人データの安 全管理措置については、以下のとおりです。
1.基本方針の策定
当社は、個人データの適正な取扱いの確保のため、個人情報保護方針
（https://www.pasona.co.jp/utility/privacy.html）を策定しています。
2.個人データの取扱いに係る規律の整備
取得、利用、保存、提供、削除、廃棄等の段階ごとに、取得方法、責任者・担当者及びその任務等について「個人情報保護規程」（以下「個人情報保護規程」といいます）を策定しています。
3.組織的安全管理措置
1.個人データの取扱いに関する個人情報保護管理者を設置するとともに、個人データを取り扱う従業者及び当該従業者が取り扱う個人データの範囲を明確化し、個人情報保護法や個人情報保護規程に違反している事実又は兆候を把握した場合の個人情報保護管理者への報告連絡体制を整備しています。
2.個人データの取扱状況について、法令、個人情報保護規程その他の規範と合致しているかどうかを定期的に監査しています。
4.人的安全管理措置
1.個人データについての秘密保持に関する事項を就業規則に記載しています。
2.個人データの取扱いに関する留意事項について、従業者に定期的な研修を実施しています。
5.物理的安全管理措置
1.個人データを取り扱う区域において、従業者の入退室管理及び持ち込む機器等の制限を行うとともに、権限を有しない者による個人データの閲覧を防止する措置を実施しています。
2.個人データを取り扱う機器、電子媒体及び書類等の盗難又は紛失等を防止するための措置を講じるとともに、事業所内の移動を含め、当該機器、電子媒体等を持ち運ぶ場合、容易に個人データが判明しないよう措置を実施しています。
6.技術的安全管理措置
1.アクセス制御を実施して、担当者及び取り扱う個人情報データベース等の範囲を限定しています。
2.個人データを取り扱う情報システムを外部からの不正アクセス又は不正ソフトウェアから保護する仕組みを導入しています。
4.個人情報を登録することの任意性
利用者ご本人が、ご自身の個人情報を登録することは任意ですが、必要な情報を登録されなかった場合は、適切なサービスを受けられない場合があります。
5.個人情報の開示等について
利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正、追加、利用の停止、消去及び第三者への提供の停止については、以下の窓口にお申出ください。お申出があった場合は、ご本人確認とご請求内容が必要になりますので、当社指定の必要書類にご記入の上、お申出いただきます。

Pasona Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Pasona") handles personal information as follows when conducting a Job Fair for International Job seekers (hereinafter referred to as "JOB FAIR") entrusted by Kobe City.
You are kindly requested to read all of the contents carefully in order to participate in JOB FAIR and use the service provide by Pasona related to JOB FAIR.
1. Purposes of the use
Pasona will use the personal information provided by applications, inquiries, questionnaires, and requests in JOB FAIR for the following purposes.
1. Acceptance of application for participation in the job fair, telephone counseling before participation, response at the time of participation, follow-up after participation,
2. Contact and inquiry regarding JOB FAIR,
3. Responding to inquiries such as information changes, and
4. Provision of personal information as described in “2. Provision of personal Information to a Third Party” below.
In case that Pasona use your Personal Information for a purpose other than the purposes above, Pasona shall notify and obtain your consent at all such time.
2. Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party

Providing information to companies you visited in JOB FAIR,
2. Items of Personal Information to be Provided
Name, date of birth (age), sex, address, contacts information (phone number, e-mail address, etc.), and any other information provided by you through this registration website.
3. Methods of Provision
In principle, we will provide information that has been processed into electronic data, etc., by electronic method including but not limited to e-mail and internal database system.

3. Security Control Measures
Pasona has taken necessary and proper security control measures, as described below, for the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage (“Leakage”), and for other security control of the personal data.
1. Establishment of Basic Policy
Pasona establishes and maintains the basic policy on the protection of personal information (https://www.pasona.co.jp/utility/privacy.html) to ensure proper handling of personal data.
2. Maintenance of Rules to Affect the Handling of Personal Data
Pasona establishes and maintains the Personal Information Protection Policy (“Policy”) on each stage such as acquisition, use, preservation, provision, deletion, and disposal.
3. Organizational Security Control Measures
1. Pasona has appointed a personal information administrator regarding the handling of personal data, clarified the employees who handle personal data and the scope of personal data handled by the employees, and established a reporting system to the personal information administrator when Pasona grasps the facts or signs that violate the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Policy.
2. Pasona regularly audits the handling status of personal data to see if it complies with laws, regulations, the Policy, and other norms.
4. Human Security Control Measures
1. Confidentiality of the personal data are stipulated in the rules of employment of Pasona.
2. Training courses regarding points to note on handling the personal data are provided to the employees on regular basis.
5. Physical Security Control Measures
1. In office areas where personal data is handled, the entry and exit of or bringing equipment by employees are restricted, and measures to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing persona data has been taken.
2. Measures to prevent Leakage of equipment, electronic media and documents, and to prevent personal data from being easily revealed when carrying such equipment, electronic media, etc. including removal within the office has been taken.
6. Technical Security Control Measures
1. Access control is implemented to limit the scope of the employees in charge and the personal information database handled.
2. A mechanism has been introduced to protect information systems that handle personal data from unauthorized access or software from the outside.
4. Voluntary Registration of Personal Information
Pasona does not compel you to disclose personal information, however, services provided through and after JOB FAIR may be limited.
5. Disclosure/Correction/Veto
Pasona strives to manage your personal information in the most accurate, up-to-date fashion as possible. Notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, stopping the use, erasing or stopping the provision to the third party as well as other complaints should be addressed to the contact below. On these requests, proof of identification and confirmation of content will be necessary, so please apply by filling out the prescribed form and consult us by email or in writing.
