主な募集職種 Primary Open Position(s)	施工管理 大手鉄鋼メーカーやアルミなどの非鉄メーカーの工業炉、公共環境施設の大型焼却炉などをつくるため、協力会社を指揮し、工事における工程・品質・安全をトータルに管理する仕事です。 機械設計 当社でつくる工業炉はオーダーメイド型となるため、製作図面の作成から、お客様との打合せ、部品の購入依頼、社内外への製作管理、客先における設置確認から試運転立会まで、設計から最終確認まで、ものづくりの全てに携わることができる仕事です。 製造管理（生産管理・品質管理） 自社工場で製造する工業炉をできるだけスムーズに製造するために、工業炉の製造計画を作成し、製造に必要な資材や製造スタッフを手配したり、受注や在庫、製造状況の管理や製品の品質管理などを行う仕事です。ものづくり全般に携わることができます。 Construction Management This job involves directing subcontractors and comprehensively managing process, quality, and safety during construction in order to build industrial furnaces for major steelmakers and non-ferrous manufacturers such as aluminum, as well as large incinerators for public environmental facilities. Mechanical Design Since the industrial furnaces we manufacture are custom-made, this job allows us to be involved in all aspects of manufacturing from design to final confirmation, including the creation of manufacturing drawings, discussions with customers, requests for parts purchases, in-house and external manufacturing management, confirmation of installation at the customer's site, and witnessing trial operations. Manufacturing management (production control and quality control) In order to ensure that the industrial furnaces manufactured at our factory are manufactured as smoothly as possible, this job involves creating manufacturing plans for industrial furnaces, arranging the materials and manufacturing staff necessary for manufacturing, managing orders, inventory, and manufacturing status, and controlling product quality. You can be involved in all aspects of manufacturing.

仕事の内容 Primary Work Responsibilities	工業炉をつくるという「ものづくり」です。工業炉は、お客様の仕様に合わせて一つひとつ設計し、製作・施工・据付・試運転をしたのち、メンテナンスをしながら長いもので20年以上も稼働し、お客様の事業を支えます。この仕事は多くの人が力を合わせて行うもので、その指揮を執るのが当社の技術者です。協力会社のメンバーをまとめ上げ、チームの先頭に立って設計から一連のものづくりに携わっていくのです。そうして自分が描いたものをカタチにしていく。まさに、「ものづくり」の楽しさと醍醐味を存分に味わうことができる仕事です。 Manufacturing is the art of making industrial furnaces. Industrial furnaces are designed one by one according to the customer's specifications, and after fabrication, construction, installation, and trial operation, the furnaces are maintained and operated for more than 20 years in some cases, supporting the customer's business. This work requires the combined efforts of many people, and it is our engineers who take the lead. They organize the members of the subcontractors and lead the team to be involved in a series of manufacturing from the design stage. In this way, they give shape to what they have envisioned. This is a job where you can fully enjoy the fun and thrill of "monozukuri" (manufacturing).
