事業内容 Business Area(s)	『稲美工場』では、油圧ショベルの主要部品である燃料タンクやバケットを製作しています。自社独自に溶接ロボットシステムを開発、プレス、機械加工設備を導入し、製造ラインを構築しています。『土山工場』では、各発電所向け部品、ディーゼルエンジン用部品、建設機械用部品に至るまで幅広く生産しており、様々な製品に対応できる受注生産体制を確立しています。 『The "Inami Plant"』 manufactures fuel tanks and buckets, which are key components of hydraulic excavators. It has developed its own welding robot system and introduced press and machining equipment to build a production line. 『The "Tsuchiyama Plant"』 produces a wide range of parts for power plants, diesel engines, and construction machinery, and has established a build-to-order production system that can handle a variety of products.
仕事の内容 Primary Work Responsibilities	20台の溶接ロボットが稼働、高品質の製品を製造できる最新設備を導入、材料を曲げる、製品を組み立てる、溶接する、削る、塗装するといった製造工程の設計、運用システムの構築等の業務。 20 welding robots in operation, state-of-the-art equipment capable of manufacturing high-quality products, design of manufacturing processes such as bending materials, assembling products, welding, grinding, and painting, and construction of operational systems.
