We are a SPA (manufacture-retail) company that handles everything from planning to manufacturing, sales, and import/export of original products such as natural stone accessories and sundries. We have our own factory in Japan, 6 retail stores mainly in Kobe, 2 wholesale stores in Osaka, and 3 EC divisions. We deal in a wide range of gemstones, power stone bracelets, power stone woods, Japanese famous stones, and related products.
仕事の内容 Primary Work Responsibilities	原石からビーズに加工し、ブレスレットやアクセサリーを企画、管理、事務、出荷、小売および卸販売を行っております。その一貫した業務の中で、能力を生かせるポジションに就いていただきます。生産、物流、販売に必要な商品知識と、一定のセールストーク、コミュニケーション能力、技術が必要となりますが、先輩が丁寧に教えます。 We process gemstones into beads, plan, manage, clerk, ship, and sell bracelets and accessories at retail and wholesale. We are looking for a position that will allow us to utilize our abilities in this integrated process. You will need product knowledge for production, distribution, and sales, as well as a certain level of sales talk, communication skills, and techniques, which will be carefully taught by our senior staff.

Must be able to manage manufacturing, production, inventory control and shipping, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for people who are good with their hands and love making things. Interested in accessories and natural stones, and a clean and fashionable sense is required to serve customers. Japanese is a must. We may communicate with overseas customers, so those who can speak Chinese, English, and other languages are welcome but not required.
