| 仕事の内容 Primary Work Responsibilities | ① 日工グループの価値伝達機能の強化に向け、財務部に所属し、IR業務全般の実行メンバーを担っていただきます。また、IR業務以外でも、卓越した英語力を活かして他部署の英語翻訳・通訳業務もあります。 ② 日工本社のインターンシップを含む採用活動、教育活動、人的資本整備への対応その他の、ＨＲ業務全般の実行メンバーを担っていただきます。 ③ 既存や新製品の開発、設計の実行メンバーを担っていただきます。 (1) In order to strengthen the value communication function of the NIKKO Group, you will be a member of the Finance Department and be responsible for being an execution member of all IR operations. In addition to IR duties, you will also be responsible for English translation and interpretation for other departments, making use of your excellent English skills. (2) Recruitment activities including internship programs, educational activities, human capital development, and other HR activities at NIKKO's head office. (3) Execution member of development and design of existing and new products. |
